Todays Rising Star Developer site tour with Amanda and Alistair was truly inspirational.

One lesson for me among the many, you never stop learning.

Many of us wrestle with Life’s uncertainties, procrastination sets in and next day the “can” is further down the same road.

This site tour and the discussion on all matter’s property, has highlighted the many possibilities there are in small scale subdivision.

I am keenly looking for my first deal. Found a great property last night but found out this morning it had already sold. I’m taking your advice and starting small, have done some renovation before and also one subdivision, just one into two. This is my idea for the next project as well. I’m loving the modules, education and support from the amazing community and feel so much more confident in what I’m looking for in a potential project.

First off, what you're creating with The Rising Star Developers (TRSD) program and Inner circle community is wonderful and I believe it's one of the most honest and transparent Property strategies available in the market.

What sets TRSD program apart from the rest - it requires you to do some work, learn new skills, and develop knowledge from the ground up as well as put it into practice. Along with that, you Amanda are invested into TRSD program and students, you talk the talk and walk the walk with us. This is a key component that it often missing from the majority of the Property investment programs out there, with them you just become a number.

Being able to understand and have control of all the elements and moving parts that go into a small to medium scale property development project is a life skill and if done right is a sure money maker, as you and a number of TRSD Inner circle students haven proven even during these current tough financial times we are all going through.
